In an exciting development for conveyancers in South Australia, CATS have finalised integration with Property Exchange Australia (PEXA). Three API’s are now scheduled for release this month.
The integration will synchronise CATS’ cloud-based system with PEXA’s platform – which enables conveyancers to complete matters digitally in an initiative that is helping transform the settlement experience.
CATS has operated in the state since 2006 and is run by SA industry experts, who work closely with conveyancers to meet the continually evolving needs of the market.
The integration will provide conveyancers with enhanced technology as the state continues to progress towards a fully digitised property industry.
The deployment of the integration will be built in and released with the latest cloud-based version of CATS. Once conveyancers upgrade to this system, the integration will be accessible.
With CATS being fully cloud-based, the software will be accessible on any internet-capable device, enabling greater portability.
Further, there is no fixed term contract. You can cancel any time and payment will be adjusted to the end of the current month.
This is a significant stride forward for conveyancers in SA as both CATS and PEXA continue to work toprovide the best service possible.
