C-Solutions partners with PEXA to bring online property settlements to the WA market

C-Solutions is pleased to announce it has formally partnered with PEXA to bring an integrated case management and online lodgement and settlement solution to the WA market.

This partnership allows SettsPlus customers to complete online property settlements for their clients using the existing case management software.

“We’re currently trialling our integrated solution with several firms, and look forward to launching the full integrated offering into the market in the very near future,” C-Solutions CEO Joe Italiano said. “I firmly believe this will offer our customers superior efficiencies, making the transition to digital property settlements a simple one.”

While SettsPlus currently offers light integration with PEXA, this new release deepens the ties between the two platforms, providing a raft of additional features and efficiencies to the settlement market.

“SettsPlus now has more than a dozen entry points into PEXA, connecting you to specific functions at the point you need them. Immediately settlement agents will notice a significant decrease in rekeying across the platforms as well as a more comprehensive view of each file,” Joe said.

PEXA’s Group Executive Customer & Revenue, Mike Cameron, believes this is a substantial step forward for the WA market:

“It’s been a pleasure working so closely with one of Western Australia’s most successful settlement software providers in bringing electronic settlement to life. SettsPlus is known for its commitment to delivering industry-leading innovation and through its relationship with PEXA, SettsPlus users will now have the benefit of being able to complete property settlements online – a huge leap in efficiency for property settlement specialists across the state,” Mike said.

C-Solutions is currently testing its new offering with a small working group.

“We’re looking forward to gathering feedback and bringing this new functionality to market in the very near future. Watch this space,” Joe said.
