More than 18,000 transactions have now been completed through PEXA
Getting Ready for PEXA
With more than 18,000 property transactions already completed through PEXA, Australia’s online property lodgement and financial settlement platform, electronic conveyancing has well and truly arrived.
In fact, there are currently in excess of 1200 legal and conveyancing firms across the country that have joined or are in the process of joining PEXA.
To date, 17 financial institutions have subscribed to PEXA (including the four major banks) with an additional 20 currently in advanced deployment discussions.
PEXA transfer functionality is currently available in New South Wales and Victoria and will extend to Queensland and Western Australia in late May.
