Pricing Offer FAQs

What is the Queensland pricing offer?

To support the continued move to digital, and the running of dual processes, PEXA is offering a pricing discount on all PEXA fees involving Queensland properties. This is for Incoming Proprietors and Proprietors on Title on Workspace settlements completed during the timeframe. From 1 January 2021 to 30 June 2021, a 25% discount on PEXA fees is applicable to Transfers, Priority Notices and Transmissions.*

What happens if a Workspace is opened during the campaign, but settlement is executed after 30 June 2021?

Fees are calculated based on settlement date. Settlements that are executed before 30 June 2021 will be subject to the 25% offer. Following this date, the standard PEXA national pricing will apply.

What do QLD lawyers need to do to be ready for the price change?

Please ensure you update any contracts or letters for new settlements occurring from 1 January 2021 with the 25% off pricing discount.
