Meet the team


Graham Mirabito - Advisor

With over 35 years business and management experience (including IT, sales, marketing operations, mergers and acquisitions), Graham has held senior roles at Telstra as MD Telstra Europe and EVP Telstra Asia.

Graham was also CEO of RP Data where he successfully listed the business on to the ASX in 2006. RP Data was then acquired by CoreLogic in 2011 and then CEO of CoreLogic International, responsible for Australia, Asia and the UK.

Graham is currently a non-executive director of Cipherpoint Ltd, Harcourts International, Auscred Services Ltd and Archistar Pty Ltd.


Dr. Michael Vitale - Advisor

Dr Vitale arrived from the USA to Australia in 1995 as the Foundation Professor of Information Systems at the University of Melbourne. In the USA, he was an Associate Professor at Harvard Business School, a Senior Vice President at the Prudential Insurance Company and a Fellow at Ernst & Young Consulting. His academic influence continued in Australia, teaching entrepreneurship at the School of Engineering at Melbourne University (as a Professional Fellow), Monash University, the Melbourne Business School, and the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship.

Dr Vitale is an honorary life-time member of the Harvard Club of Victoria, a co-founder of the Australian chapter of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and a keen member of the Vespa Club of Melbourne. Dr Vitale is also the Chairman of two start-ups in the health care sector and an active angel investor. And to add further strings to his bow, Dr Vitale holds qualifications in dog training (and actively supports Seeing Eye Dogs) and in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), tutoring both online and in person.

Bill Lang - Advisor

Bill Lang is a business educator, coach and advisor with over 30 years of experience across a range of industries and countries. He was the co-founder of FreeOnline Australia and Sharinga Networks Inc (San Francisco) which formed a global $120m venture with ATT and BT. He has worked with start-up teams to raise over $150m in capital from angel investors, corporate investors and VC’s. As a Director of Small Business Australia, Bill works with members and partners to advocate for better conditions for small businesses – the heart and soul of the economy and local communities. Bill also educates, coaches and advises as Chairman of the Institute of Advanced Business Studies (IABS), Full Circle Feedback and The International Rehabilitation Institute (IRI). Bill is a Co-Chair of Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Australia. He graduated with an MBA from Harvard and B.Comm/LLB(Hons) from Melbourne University.

Lisa Dowie - Chief Customer Officer

Lisa joined PEXA in 2012 and has held various roles in both Technology and Operations. She plays and instrumental part in evolving the way property is transacted in Australia. Lisa represents and advocates for lawyers and conveyancers nationally – guiding the market through the ongoing digitisation of property settlements. She has 20 years’ experience in Finance, Information Technology and Telecommunications industries. Prior to joining PEXA, Lisa led various transformation initiatives at ANZ and Telstra, and spent time in the United Kingdom working with Accenture and JP Morgan Chase.

Lisa brings to her role extensive experience in championing transformation, stakeholder management and operational excellence. She has successfully motivated and inspired teams to deliver large-scale change, driving the optimum customer experience.

Chris Bodikian - Executive Manager - PEXA Ventures

Chris has worked at technology start-ups including PEXA & NUIX across a variety of roles in strategy, corporate development, product and partnerships.

He played a major role in the $1.6bn trade sale of PEXA to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure, Link Group and Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2018 and worked with Nuix in preparation for its $2.5bn IPO in 2020. Before joining PEXA, Chris worked for 4 years in J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Investment Bank. Chris received a scholarship to complete his MBA from Melbourne Business School (MBS) and was President of the MBS Finance Association. He also has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) at UTS.
