Glenn  King

Glenn was appointed CEO of PEXA in 2019, following a distinguished career in customer service and change. Previously, Glenn spent several years as a senior public servant at NSW Government, leading and executing the Premier’s Implementation Unit. Most recently he was the NSW Customer Service Commissioner and Secretary of the NSW Government’s Department of Customer Service.
Glenn has led a range of successful sector-wide reforms, delivering on the NSW Government’s commitment to put customers at the centre of service and simplifying citizen interactions with government.  Prior to Government, Glenn held domestic and international senior executive roles across the National Australia Bank group and as executive at Save the Children. Glenn was also appointed a Fellow of the Institute of Public Administration Australia for outstanding contribution to study or practice of public administration.

Eglantine Etiemble

Eglantine is a versatile global executive. She has delivered complex projects and led technology teams in over 20 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific in consulting, telco, manufacturing, retail and consumer goods. She has a proven track record in delivering new operating model design and implementation, transformation through technology, mergers and acquisitions, introduction of new ways of working and built in-house innovation incubators.
In parallel to her corporate career, she also launched a start-up project.  More recently, Eglantine led DuluxGroup’s IT and Digital team for over 4 years.  Passionate about diversity of gender and background, Eglantine has been involved as a mentor with asylum seekers and women in IT organisations.  Eglantine has a Bachelor of Business from Oxford Brookes University and Excelia, France.

Scott  Butterworth

With more than 25 years’ corporate experience, Scott Butterworth joined PEXA in November 2021 and is responsible for extending PEXA’s business into providing new innovative data insights solutions and digital services. Prior to joining PEXA, Scott was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ASX-listed firm, Slater &amp; Gordon. He has also held senior roles at Boston Consulting Group, National Australia Bank, Westpac and Clydesdale Bank, where he served as both CFO and Chief Data Officer.

Sabina  Sopov

Sabina joined PEXA in 2020, working directly with the Board and Group ELT on business strategy and transformation during PEXA’s IPO, with strong customer and employee endorsement. She has a proven track record across more than 20 years’, spearheading large-scale transformation programs for ASX-listed financial institutions including the National Australia Bank and ME Bank. 
She is an empathetic leader, able to rally teams to an organisation&#8217;s purpose &#8211; creating commercial value while inspiring motivated and highly engaged employees. She is an advocate of the servant leader approach, passionate about diversity and inclusion and supporting individuals’ aspirations and their own growth potential. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Melbourne Business School and Harvard Business School.

Les Vance

Les Vance has worked in several senior roles across risk, transformation, legal, operations, investments and business partnering. Having also worked across both the banking and legal sector.
He brings more than 20 years of corporate experience, having held senior roles including Chief Operating Officer of Westpac’s Consumer Division, Chief Risk Officer at BT Financial Group (part of the Westpac Group), Group Executive, External Funds and Chief Operating Officer at Investa Property Group, General Counsel at Tab Limited and Partner at Freehills.

Alice Morrison

Alice joined PEXA in 2022 following an international career extending over 20 years in corporate and top tier private practice environments across Australasia, Asia, US and UK/Europe. Prior to joining PEXA, Alice spent six years with BlueScope Steel Limited in a range of senior leadership roles across legal, compliance and strategic growth portfolios, including as General Counsel &#8211; Building Products (Asia and North America) and VP &#8211; Strategic Business Development. Alice also has 15 years’ experience in private practice, leading and contributing to projects in M&amp;A, restructuring and insolvency, bank finance and litigation across Australia, UK and the USA with Ashurst (Australia), White &amp; Case (UK/USA) and Arnold Bloch Leibler (Australia). 
Alice is a values based leader with a passion for constructive challenge and continual learning. She has a strong track record of delivering organisational and functional transformation to align with business purpose, strategy and values. Alice thrives in diverse environments and brings energy, creativity and trust to her teams. She has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy/ Logic) from the University of Auckland, NZ.

Joe Pepper

Joe joined PEXA in October 2023, bringing over 25 years of business process re-engineering experience across the financial, legal and property sectors &#8211; the last 10 years in delivering technology solutions to the UK conveyancing and lending markets. 
Previously he was Chief Executive Officer of TM Group, a leading proptech company where he spearheaded the company’s growth. His other key executive roles include Managing Director of EDM Mortgage Support Services; Business Development Director for RR Donnelley Global Document Solutions; and banking operations and sales executive roles with UBS Investment Bank and ABN Amro.

Mark Joiner

Mark is an experienced director of listed companies, currently serving as a non-executive director of Latitude Financial Services and Chairman of QBE Insurance Group Limited’s Australian and New Zealand subsidiaries. He has also held multiple directorships at NAB Group subsidiaries, including Clydesdale Bank Plc and JBWere.
Mark served as Executive Director of Finance for NAB Group; CFO and Head of Strategy and M&amp;A for Citigroup’s global wealth management business in New York; and Associate Director of Australian Ratings (now Standard &amp; Poor’s). He also has 15 years of experience as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group including as Senior Vice President, Global Head of Corporate Development.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Dr Kirstin Ferguson AM

Dr Kirstin Ferguson AM is a highly experienced Chair, Deputy Chair and Non-Executive Director on ASX listed, private company, not for profit and Government boards. In addition to PEXA Ltd, Kirstin is currently an independent director on the board of technology company Envato Pty Ltd (since June 2021).

Kirstin has a PhD in corporate culture, leadership and governance and is an Adjunct Professor at the QUT Faculty of Business and Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from QUT and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from UNSW Canberra.

During her executive career, Kirstin held executive roles as the CEO of an international consulting organisation, a senior executive in a corporate law firm and an Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force.

Kirstin has previously served on the board of SCA Property Group Ltd (ASX:SCP Jan 2015 – Aug 2021) and EML Payments Ltd (ASX: EML Feb 2018 – July 2021) and CIMIC Ltd (ASX: CIM July 2014 – Nov 2016). Kirstin has also been Deputy Chair of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and an independent director on the board of Hyne &amp; Son Pty Ltd, SunWater Ltd and a number of non-profit organisations.

Kirstin was awarded an AM (Member of the Order of Australia) as part of the 2023 Australia Day Honours list, for her significant service to business and to gender equality.

Helen Silver AO

Helen Silver is an experienced executive who has worked at the highest level in both the public and private sectors. Helen commenced at Allianz in 2013 and is Allianz Australia’s Deputy Managing Director.
In addition to her corporate success, Helen has worked at the highest levels of Commonwealth Government with the Productivity Commission, and Victorian Government in roles primarily in the Premier’s and Treasury portfolios, including as Secretary of the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet from 2008 to 2013.
Ms Silver holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours, Master of Economics and Honorary Doctor of Laws, all from Monash University.

Melanie Willis

Melanie has extensive experience as a non-executive director, including Challenger Limited since December 2017, Southern Cross Austereo since May 2016 and the Australia Pacific division of QBE Insurance Group Ltd since September 2020. Melanie was previously a non-executive director of Mantra Group and Pepper Group, Chief Executive Women and Chair of the Education Committee of the 30% Club.
Melanie also serves as a non-executive director of PayPal Australia.
Melanie has held executive roles as CEO of NRMA Investments (and head of strategy and innovation), CEO of a financial services start-up and director of Deutsche Bank, and has previously worked in corporate finance at Bankers Trust and Westpac.
Melanie previously chaired the audit and risk committee at Mantra and was a member of the audit committee at Pepper Group. She currently chairs the risk committee and is a member of the audit committee at Challenger, chairs the audit committee and remuneration committee at PayPal Australia, chairs the risk committee at QBE AusPac, and chairs the audit and risk committee at Southern Cross Austereo.
Melanie has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and Masters of Taxation from Melbourne University

Vivek Bhatia

Vivek is the current Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Link Group.
Vivek has over 20 years of experience in financial services, government and management consulting. Prior to joining Link Group, Vivek was Chief Executive Officer of the Australia Pacific division of QBE Insurance Group Ltd, and the inaugural Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of iCare (Insurance and Care NSW).
Prior to this, Vivek co-led the Restructuring and Transformation (RTS) practice at McKinsey &amp; Company across Asia Pacific and held senior executive roles at Wesfarmers Insurance, including responsibility for leading the Australian underwriting businesses of Lumley, WFI and Coles Insurance as CEO, Wesfarmers General Insurance Limited (WGIL).
Vivek holds an undergraduate degree in engineering, a post graduate degree in business administration and is a CFA (ICFAI).

Paul Rickard

Paul served as a non-executive Director of PEXA from November 2011 to November 2018, joining the Board about twelve months after the company’s formation.
Paul is an experienced director of listed companies, currently serving as a non-executive director of Tyro Payments Limited and WCM Global Growth Limited. At Tyro, he is the Chair of the Audit Committee and the Chair of the Risk Committee.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial service industry. He was a senior executive with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for over 15 years, and was the founding managing director of CommSec.
Paul was named ‘Stockbroker of the Year’ and admitted to the Industry Hall of Fame in 2005.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Sydney, and a Diploma in Financial Planning from RMIT University.

Naomi Dawson

Jeffrey Smith

Jeffrey Smith is an experienced executive who has worked at the highest level in the technology and digital transformation space.
Jeffrey is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director at ANZ Group Holdings Ltd (ASX: ANZ) and serves as a member of several board committees, including its Digital Business and Technology Committee, Risk Committee, Human Resources Committee, and Nominations and Board Operations Committee. He is also a Director of Sonrai Security Inc.
Prior to this, Jeffrey was a senior executive within global and technology organisations including Telstra, Honeywell, Toyota, IBM, Suncorp and World Fuel Services Corporation.
