Access to PEXA Exchange APIs

In accordance with the Model Operating Requirements established and governed by the Australian Registrars’ National Electronic Conveyancing Council (ARNECC), PEXA Exchange APIs are available to third parties for integration on an equivalent basis to other parties of the same type, level or class in relation to:

  • technical availability of the APIs;
  • the permitted purpose for which the integrator wishes to integrate;
  • the use of the relevant APIs for the permitted purpose;
  • the fees associated with integration; and
  • processes and systems to provide use of and access to PEXA’s APIs.

PEXA Exchange APIs are documented in the PEXA Developer Portal.

Access to the Developer Portal, credentials, test environments and production APIs are subject to the integrator entering into the applicable PEXA Integration Services Agreement.
