PEXA pricing and fees for VIC as of 18 May 2026

Access PEXA fees and pricing for Victorian property dealings. The pricing schedule is designed to help you understand the costs associated with completing property transactions in the jurisdiction.

PEXA Fees and Pricing in Victoria

PEXA does not charge up-front registration fees or ongoing subscription fees. Customers are only charged upon successful lodgement, with charges varying depending on the type of transaction.

The PEXA fee for Victoria is separate from the statutory lodgement fees, which are set by each jurisdiction’s Land Registry.

From 1 July 2025, prices have been adjusted in line with the Model Operating Requirements which are set and governed by ARNECC and are based on the Consumer Price Index for March 2025 (2.4% annual increase as per ABS 6401.0).

In addition, from May 18 2026, pricing will incorporate an Industry Data Standard charge. Electronic Lodgement Network Operators (ELNOs) like PEXA are required to use the data standard to conduct eConveyancing services in a multi-ELNO marketplace.

All PEXA Subscribers are impacted by the introduction of jurisdictional pricing.

All PEXA Subscribers who transact on Mortgages, Discharges of Mortgages, or Transfers will be impacted by the new Industry Data Standard charge. This applies to both Practitioners and Financial Institutions. Transactions in NSW are exempt from the Industry Data Standard charge.
