Celebrating International Women’s Day, 8 March 2024
This year’s theme for International Women’s Day (IWD) was ‘Inspire Inclusion’. To get a first-hand insight into why female representation in the technology sector is so important, we passed the mic over to our women in tech; Tara, Ruth, Ameena and Erin – plus Group Chief Technology Officer, Eglantine Etiemble.

Tara Dharnikota, Head of Information Security Management
Tara spends her days tackling property-related cyber-crime, working with her team to help educate conveyancing practitioners on best-practice ways to protect their businesses and customers from the ever-evolving threat of cyber criminals. It’s just one of the ways she’s championing PEXA’s ongoing commitment to cyber security resilience.

Ameena joined PEXA last year through our graduate partnership with Victoria University. Working alongside our Head of Information Security Management, Tara Dharnikota she’s been making an impact by creating a safer digital environment for PEXA and our customers through education, awareness, and prevention.
