South Australian e-Conveyancing pioneers Mark Duffield and Paula Main of Lyon Conveyancing recently celebrated a significant milestone, reaching 50 years of service in the property industry.
Paula Main, business Co-Principal, said the half-century is an extremely important landmark for the business which was established by her mother, Margaret Lyon in 1968.
“We are very proud of this achievement. There aren’t too many businesses that can say that they have been serving the community for such a long time.”

Having operated over such a vast period of time, the business has observed substantial industry progress, with the current digital transformation of conveyancing the key ongoing reform.
“We have seen many changes throughout the industry over the years and have been instrumental in the development of conveyancing concepts and innovations to assist our field. All of these have helped property transactions move into the now and keep up with the expectation of digital efficiencies.”
