PEXA was built for the market and we are making it better based on customer feedback

Over the last 12 months conveyancers and lawyers have started to embrace the new norm – settling property online via PEXA. All Subscribers are benefiting from free, unlimited support through our dedicated Support Centre and specialist personal training program, known as PEXA Direct.

Our teams aren’t just helping customers to settle online. They have been busy collecting, championing and sharing customer feedback with the PEXA Technology and Product teams to deliver a better online experience. After all, the platform was built to support the conveyancing industry so it’s right that conveyancers and lawyers drive future developments.

PEXA actions customer feedback to deliver a better experience    

NSW-based PEXA Direct Specialist, Helen Benge, has been championing enhancements on behalf of her customers. 

Stacks Law Firm in Bowral and Bliss Conveyancing in Nowra both expressed frustration at re-typing residential addresses within the same Workspace. Helen documented this feedback to ensure her customers had a better online experience.

The improvment was launched in Release 3.0 on 23 November 2015, saving customers time and frustration.

Official feedback channel coming soon

Here at PEXA we’ll soon be launching an online community to connect customers to other customers and to PEXA. It will also facilitate an additional feedback channel.

Everyone will have easy access to share their thoughts on PEXA, make enhancement suggestions and hear what PEXA’s thinking about. It’s a direct line into our Technology and Product teams. Participants will get feedback on their ideas, be able to vote for other ideas and receive recognition.
