A survey of over 1,000 property owners conducted by LocalAgentFinder found that for approximately 57% of people, buying a house is one of the most stressful processes one endures.

Leisa Godfrey, Conveyancing Manager – O’Reilly Stevens Lawyers, acknowledges this sentiment.

PEXA is an online system that allows lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically.
