In a new development for South Australian conveyancers, CATS workspace integration with PEXA goes live on 9 July.
South Australia’s conveyancers will benefit from CATS integration with PEXA, as workspace synchronisation goes live 9 July.
The enhancement will provide users with a seamless platform experience as double-keying of data is reduced, and other administrative pain-points are eased.
CATS has operated in the state since 2006 and is run by SA industry experts, who work closely with conveyancers to meet the continually evolving needs of the market.
Nick Xenides, Director of Nickel IT, said that CATS connection to the market is central to the continued up-scaling of technology made available.
“Since we began over 10-years ago, we’ve received a lot of feedback from South Australian conveyancers.”
“The Nickel IT team prides itself on the fact that CATS has been able to evolve, helped by continued feedback from the South Australian conveyancing community.”
The development has been an ongoing project and Nick said the key aim is to offer streamlined services to members.
“We’ve been working towards integration for some time now, with a view to CATS users being able to open up a Workspace directly within the software. The software will then populate all known details in PEXA.”
“The idea is to make PEXA more accessible, with the aim to increase uptake of electronic conveyancing as a direct result of the convenience offered.”
The new functionality will be a welcome surprise upon deployment.
“As of Monday 9 July, when people using the cloud version log on to CATS for the first time, PEXA integration will be there waiting.”
“There will be a page dedicated in the user interface for logging on to a PEXA Workspace. The Workspace will open, and the information will automatically be exported.”
“We’re very grateful to our loyal users, in 150 or so conveyancing offices who have contributed to making CATS the first choice of South Australian Conveyancers.”
