By PEXA • May 2019

PropertyX awards pay tribute to businesses that have demonstrated leadership, innovation and customer-centricity in delivering a safer and more efficient means of transacting property to the Australian market.

Melbourne, 22 May 2019 – Australia’s finest property developers, conveyancers, lawyers and lenders have come together in Melbourne to celebrate those businesses leading the digitisation of property settlements across the country.

Now in its second year, the annual PropertyX Awards, presented by Property Exchange Australia (PEXA), pays tribute to those businesses that have demonstrated leadership, innovation and customer-centricity in delivering a safer and more efficient means of transacting property to the Australian market.

PEXA CEO Marcus Price said he was thrilled to see so much support from industry in bringing property transactions into the digital-age:

“Property is our country’s largest asset class, so the work involved in driving property settlements online is significant,” Marcus said. “From a standing start, this industry has truly come together in developing superior means of transacting property to all Australians. Together we’ve tangibly reduced the risk of property fraud while also delivering consumers fast access to the proceeds of sale and a far less complex settlement experience”.
